The coral reef at Gorgonia Beach Resort offers one of the most beautiful underwater views on Egypt's south coast. Coral plateaus and gardens alternate in an explosion of colour, teeming with fish of all sizes and types: from jacks to barracudas, from moray eels to turtles, including cunning coral groupers resting beneath the coral tables. As well as sea eagles and anemones with the famous clownfish.
ABU GHUSUN

On this excursion, you will visit the only wreck in this area of southern Egypt. The entrance has a sandy sloping entrance and two unique and exciting reef fronts. On the south side, you can also admire the sunken wreck by snorkelling, which, at about 3 metres from the surface, allows you to admire the coral reef that colonised the sunken vessel. This is followed by lunch and relaxation in a beautiful mangrove lagoon.
MARSA SAMADAI

This bay with a sandy entrance will lead you to a wall on the north side that drops 25 metres before rising to a "carpet" of eels at a depth of about 17 metres. The northern side is rich in Acrophora, making it an excellent place to spot crocodile fish, shrimps and nudibranchs. You will be fascinated by its numerous pinnacles teeming with glassfish and lionfish on the prowl.
ELPHINSTONE REEF

This beautiful coral reef is a Red Sea legend and stretches for more than a mile about three miles from the coast. It has a plateau to the north and one to the south, with two walls plunging into the deep blue. Continuous exposure to strong currents has turned this reef into an explosion of life and colour, easy to encounter the majestic oceanic whitetip shark Longimanus.
These pristine waters are also home to corals of all species, such as huge gorgonians fans, octocorals and black corals, and numerous reef fish.
This dive is only suitable for divers with an advanced certificate and a minimum of 50 logged dives.
MARSA EGLA & MARSA ASSALAYA
Shore dive Marsa Alam.

In addition to soft corals and other octocorals, this bay located to the north of the Gorgonia Beach Resort offers us the chance to see, with a little luck, the famous dugong, but also giant green turtles, moray eels, napoleon fish and stonefish, all within a reef that gradually emerges from a very light sandy plateau. The easy access from the shore can satisfy all those who wish to relax by the bay.
RAS HANKORAB - (SHARM EL LOLY)

Ideal for snorkelling, Basic Divers and beginners.
A beautiful lagoon, enclosed by a coral reef, where you can go snorkelling and see many different types of fish and corals. The bay with white sand is shallow and very well protected, perfect for children and beginners. An ideal destination for a relaxing day out with your family!
SATAYA - BERENICE - DOLPHINS REEF

The boat will depart from Hamata, and after about two hours of sailing, the motor yacht will reach the southern atolls near Bernice. The long sail is rewarded by the thrill of being able to swim and play with the dolphins that reside near the reef. Here you can snorkel or dive near the Sataya Reef.

A very short journey from the port of Hamata and this splendid island with its white sandy beach will reveal the wonders of the south of the Wadi El Gemal National Park.
Suitable for both snorkelling and diving, the coral reefs along the island of Sial and the lagoons are ideal for spotting a variety of species. At certain times of the year, it is also possible to birdwatch the migratory birds that choose this paradise as a stopover on their long journeys.

One of the most famous reefs in the Fury Shoals reef system, the reef is a maze of interconnecting caves lit by the sun's rays filtering through the cracks. This is a true paradise for photographers and for divers who are always ready to explore. Getting lost in this labyrinth is one of the most beautiful experiences on the Red Sea. A dive not to be missed!

One of the famous Fury Shoals commercials. The most attractive part of the reef is the southern side, where the boat moors. The coral reef is a paradise for the diver who likes to explore. There are caves, canyons and crevices, all full of life.

A shipwreck that sank in 1943 is now an ideal place to admire often white tip sharks, napoleon fish, giant moray eels and many other reef fish. The wreck "Tienstin" is a real attraction for photographers with many opportunities for macro and wide-angle shots. Abu Galawa is 16 km east of Hamata, about 80 minutes by boat.
