Diving, snorkelling and excursions

Within SeaClub Gorgonia Beach Resort is the TGI Diving Centre Marsa Alam, directly opposite the beach and the Resort’s jetty.
From the Diving Centre, guests can easily reach the beautiful diving spots, both north and south of the Resort, as well as having unlimited access from the jetty and being able to snorkel among the fish.
The TGI Diving Centre organises a wide range of dives, from the beach, by dinghy and day trips to over thirty destinations that can be reached by boat from the ports of Marsa Alam and Hamata.
With TGI, you can dive in total safety and see for yourself sharks, dolphins, turtles, and all the pelagic fish that live in the reef, overhanging the blue Red Sea or in the pristine coral gardens.

Guests at Gorgonia Beach Resort have access to a wide range of high quality “Mares” and “Aqualung” equipment, both for snorkelling and scuba, a reception, a well-stocked boutique, rinse pools for your equipement and aclassroom equipped with modern AV systems. In addition, you can find a relaxation area with cold and hot drinks, and a lab room to connect your own device and watch photos and videos.
The Nitrox membrane compressor allows certified divers to enjoy daily dives with a mixture of up to 32% oxygen.
The TGI Diving Centre issues all types of international diving certification SSI and PSS, from basic level to Open Water Diver and Dive Control Specialist/Assistant Instructor. In addition, TGI Diving offers Discover Scuba sessions in the pool free of charge and the possibility of a “baptism of the sea” for absolute beginners and a wide variety of speciality certificates for more experienced divers.
